Q: Why are bags on your website much cheaper than other shops?
A: First,these bags come directly from the appointed factory.They are drop shipping,cutting out the middle-man,no tax and other fee.Second,We are taking a chance by slashing our profits and taking losses to generate customer loyalty -- we know once you have experienced a satisfied shopping from us, you are not going to anywhere else.

Q.What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept credit card and western union payment methods on our website. If you cannot get through payment with your credit card, please contact your credit card issuing bank to check the payment status. If there is no problem with your card, email to our customer service centre about the problems you have come across. We will help you out very soon.

Q:What happens if an item is out of stock?
A:Most of the products that you see in our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a costumer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item.

Q : I wish to make a return. What should I do?
A:Our returns procedure is outlined in our Shipping & Returns page.


Q.Can I exchange my items if they are broken or shipped wrongly?
A:If your items are broken or shipped wrongly, you can take photos of the goods you receive and then emai us. We will check with our stockman first and then give you a satisfying solution.

Q :How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
A:Orders are usually processed within 2 business day and shipped on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 3-6 working days.

Q:Is a signature required on delivery of my order?
A:Yes, a signature is required as proof of delivery for all orders. When an order cannot be delivered, the parcel will be sent back to your local carrier centre and you will be left a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery or local pick up. If the carrier does not hear from you for around 5 days after a card has been left, they will return the package to us.

Q: What if i have bought something, but i do not want it then?
A:We are appreciate such thing would not happen. And if it happens before delivery, first, please contact us through email. Then we will refund you the money you pay, but you should pay the 10% of the whole order. Because we are charged 10% by our bank as the service charge.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service for more information if you would like to purchase as a wholesaler.We provide the lowest prices for larger orders.

A: Yes,our check-out system is extremely secure. All Payment are done online through a 128 bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Card details are not stored and we also run checks on your billing address to make sure the cardholder address matches the one you are using to make a purchase. For dual protection, a personalised security code verified by MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa is required by some card issuers when you shop online.
